I had looked for a home in a certain area over several months. During this time I had met Ian at open houses and found he listened well to what I was looking for. Ian has a friendly and helpful manner. Ian showed me the property I bought recently and was supportive throughout the period from exchange to settlement. I enjoy living in my new home and would recommend Ian if you plan on buying or selling.

As this was the first time I had purchased a property on my own, I was cautious about picking the “right” property. During the process, I found Ian Boyle to be friendly, patient and understanding. My car broke down one day when I had an appointment with Ian. He then offered to pick both me and my family up and drop us home again. Such a gentleman and so kind!
