An excellent communicator

Ian and his whole team were a joy to work with. The things we valued the most were; his brilliant and open communication, timeliness, energy and professionalism. He ensured that at each stage we understood all of our options (inc pros / cons), and reassured us this was our decision and he would ‘back us either way’, which made us feel in control of what could be a rather stressful time (selling a house whilst 9 months pregnant!). Couldn’t recommend Ian or his team enough.
