If only all real estate agents were like Ian... Ian went above and beyond on many, many occasions. We were trapped in NSW due to the border closure and couldn't get home, yet needed to sell. Ian went out of his way to find and liaise with contractors to support the sale of our property and was there to answer questions whenever we had them. He provided 'spot on' market estimates the whole time, even as the market was rising. He was there whenever needed over a period of several months, and then sold the house very quickly for a very good price. He was friendly and supportive as well as very professional. 11 out of 10 isn't possible, but it should be in this case. VERY highly recommended.
