The sale of my house was always going to be a challenge: on a steep, tree covered block, accessible by way of a shared, tricky driveway. Not only did Ian accept the task, he was very supportive in helping me deal with the tradespeople involved in the two major projects: renovations on an extensive deck and an inground pool. Always encouraging and optimistic, I am very grateful that he accomplished the sale of a house which had proved too difficult for me to manage, and allowed me to now enjoy a less stressful lifestyle.
