My wife and I, have had the pleasure of dealing with Ian on both a buyer and seller front and have felt incredibly supported by him and trust his judgment immensely. When we drive past a property that is on the market that we like the look of, we don't call the number on the glossy billboard, we call Ian! The trust that we have with Ian is not something that has happened overnight, but over the course of the last 6 years. During those years, Ian has kept us up to date with the market and informed us of properties that would suit our family.
