Ian needs to check facts about a property he is representing for sale. Several times we were told incorrect information regarding a property we were looking at purchasing. Big $$ property listings agents should be knowledgeable about the property they are selling and not just guess at answers. It is a shame that something so exciting as a property purchase can be tarnished with incorrect information and change the whole dynamic of what’s been purchased.
