Clare is a real estate professional that goes above and beyond, having held a full real estate license for over 15 years, starting from the ground up as a Property Manager to latterly as Principal in Charge. Her main area of expertise is in property management and relevant legislative processes, although she now sells properties, to other aspects of the property industry which has given her a depth of experience that is beyond that of your average agent.

Ian is a well-known personality in the real estate industry. He has made numerous tv appearances and has written books and many articles for magazines and newspapers on all things related to property investing. He is also known for his philanthropic endeavours – he is the founding Chair of The Solomon Foundation Ltd, a registered charity that provides medical assistance to our near neighbours in the South Pacific, with a special focus on the Solomon Islands.
