We had spent a stressful six months. Started looking for a property early September. Having spoken to Ian to the phone about the sort of property we were looking for, he encouraged us to view the property we eventually purchased at an 'open house' day. It was exactly the house we had been looking for. We are now very happy in our new home. Still unpacking, but very, very happy. Ian is an exceptionally good and experienced real estate agent.
