When looking for a Real Estate Agent in Anglesea to assist with the sale of our property, one of the factors that drew me to Great Ocean was the fact that Ian WASN'T in his office when I wished to discuss the sale conditions. (Every other Agency in town had a sales staff member available, which struck me as strange, seeing it was a Saturday! He must have been out selling something or meeting someone I thought, a sign I took to mean he was working harder than others in town).
