From the moment we contacted PRD Oatley to sell the house the support was amazing. They walked us through every step of the process, from how to best advertise and present the house ready for auction. On their advise we hired a stylist to decorate the house with furniture and accessories prior to photos and open house. This was money well spent as it gave potential buyers a visual idea of each room and what it would look like. They also recommended a Building and Pest Report, which is a valuable addition to prospective buyers and I believe assisted with the sale of the house .
