Just examining Ian's surname it is no surprise that he is a skilled professional. Ian politely introduced himself and invited me to clarify to him my budget, building & property size requirements, number of bedrooms etc. Then we discussed location/s. Followed by presenting various properties that we could look at. Furthermore Ian took the time to setup meetings with other Wardle agents who were taking card of properties that I was interested in, and in accordance with mutually convenient times. We did not beat around the bush, if I did not like a property I merely stated so and we moved on. Once I had selected a property Ian led me through the requured processes. His valuation guide information was excellent and we had the confidence in Ian having known him for many years. He provided us with written evidence of previous sales of similar properties in the marina which helped us no end in coming to an agreeable guide to expose our property to the market. He kept us up to date after each inspection. We find Ian a very pleasant salesperson and as a vendor easy to communicate with.
