Provides guidance throughout the process

We met Ian when inspecting the property we eventually purchased. Ian was great- very informative, friendly and helpful and also patient- being first home buyers we asked a lot of questions! Ian always followed up and returned our calls and went the extra mile when we made requests.

In good hands

I have engaged Ian as a selling agent three times and although each time has been for very different properties, locations and circumstances, he has produced excellent results each time. Smooth purchase from interstate

Buying our first investment property sight unseen from interstate was always going to be a very stressful experience but Ian managed to mitigate a lot of the stress for us and made the whole purchase process very smooth. We had a very positive experience dealing with Ian and the team at Ray White Wellington Point. Ian's communication was second to none. He promptly and accurately answered all our calls, emails and texts and if we ever were unable to catch him on the phone would he would respond almost immediately. He provided us with updates when unexpected circumstances arose and explained the situation clearly and accurately. He was also very upfront an honest about the property and transaction, a quality that I do not generally associate with real estate agents which was refreshing and made the process a whole lot easier. We would definitely recommend dealing Ian and his team.

Painless and efficient

A very easy transaction. As an Investor I saw the property online and the numbers added up. I placed a call into Ian during the week negotiated on price and flew up from Sydney on the weekend to close out the deal and put down a deposit. We found Ian very easy to work with and we ended up using Ian as our eye's and ears during the buying process for Inspections and other small matters. The deal closed without a hitch and we have continued to use Ray white as our property managers for the property. Ian made life easy and painless highly recommended

Experience and Knowledge

I would highly recommend Ian Marshall. Ian is a very likable character with many attributes. With many years experience along with local knowledge Ian is set above the other agents. His ability to market my property to show perfection to the buyers was outstanding. He achieved a Great price for my property.

Would recommend Ian without any reservations whatsoever.

I recommended Ian to my neighbour as she was frustrated with the negative attitude of other agents. When Ian walked through their door, the first thing he said was "I can sell this" ... and he did. Asking Ian to sell my house was a no brainer. He provided me with good advice when preparing to sell. He kept me up to date along the way. His assessment of prospective buyers was right on the money resulting in negotiating the best possible outcome. Next time I'm selling, Ian will be the only person I'll be calling.
