WOW, that is all I can say. Sold quickly and at a price above what I had thought. Ian's timeline was superb. Ian kept me informed all the way through, was concise in our conversations and gave me every bit of confidence the house would sell. Was not pushy but thoroughly professional at all times. Ian definately knows his stuff and I would list with him and his agency any day of the week.
