Painless and efficient

A very easy transaction. As an Investor I saw the property online and the numbers added up. I placed a call into Ian during the week negotiated on price and flew up from Sydney on the weekend to close out the deal and put down a deposit. We found Ian very easy to work with and we ended up using Ian as our eye's and ears during the buying process for Inspections and other small matters.
