A very personable & warm agent

Fabulous communication, he explained everything in terms I could understand & kept me up to date on everything that was occurring in a timely manner eg when open house going to be, how many viewings, feedback from the viewings etc. Highly recommend Ian as he was not only professional but very warm & engaging, which is what you want when you are selling a house as it can be a very stressful time.
