Sold my investment for a great price

I went to a few agents with what I wanted and a lot of them passed me off but Ian took it and ran with it. He put in the time & effort and got me a price I couldn't refuse. He went above and beyond for me even though it wasn't gaurenteed to pay off. If you want an agent who will go the extra then I highly recommend Ian
