We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation of our agent, Ian McAnna, from Harcourts Packham RE, Blackwood. He was sincere and inspired confidence. He respected our needs and was was aware of the issues involved in selling our family home of 40 years. Ian organised a couple of 'red carpet' opens before our house was advertised and gave us excellent feed back that assisted us in getting our house ready to market. He was always punctual and friendly. Ian explained the options for selling our house and indicated the best alternative in his opinion. We could not be more pleased with the outcome since we had a contract on our house on the Wednesday after the first weekend of opens. Every element of the contract was positive and our house fetched a very reasonable price. We noticed that other properties in our area were still unsold weeks after our property settled. My wife and I looked at three agents before engaging Ian Mcanna to sell our property , as first time vendors our knowledge of how to sell what to expect was limited however. Ian listen to our situation and because of his market knowledge was able to suggest several options. He had a preferred strategy but left it up to us to decide. Ian returned phone calls promptly and kept in touch about open inspections , numbers and offers, always giving options and the best course to take. Ian was genuine, honest and we have no hesitation in using his services again or recommending him to other potential clients.

I selected Ian as our agent to sell the house based on his knowledge and skills and very positive attitude. Right from the outset he has proven to be a person who has done the best possible job of selling our house. He has a great personality and has follow up best possible too and kept us in the picture every step of the way. I would recommend him to anyone and i don;t say that lightly as my previous experiences with real estate people have generally not been too my liking.
