He arranged for us to meet with the builder and himself to inspect the building site which was most helpful as we had questions for the builder about the house that the builder could provide us with immediate answers to. Ian has a genuine willingness to help you with any questions or concerns and if he doesn't have an answer will take the time to find out. We found this refreshing in this red hot property market where many agents tend to be less customer centric and more motivated in making a quick sale.
