When I met Ian, I knew he was the right agent for us. I rang a second agent just to be sure, but she waited 24 hours before she called me back. So we chose Ian. I had a price in my mind of what my property should sell for, but Ian recommended a higher price. I sold my place at a higher price than what I had originally thought, so I’m very happy. But it’s more than that. It was the little things too. He always returned our calls as soon as he was able, the transaction was so smooth, he was very friendly and easy to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. He made the selling experience very easy and pleasant.
