This is the third property that Ian Miers has sold for us. When we decided to sell we didnt even need to think twice about who we would go through. Ians always been very professional but personal at the same time. We dont just class him as our real estate agent. He has become a good mate over the years. He advised us of improvements that we needed to make to get the most for our property and once it was ready he made sure everything went smoothly and fast. the home was sold after only 3 weeks due to Ian contacting prospective buyers knowing how interested that they were. he even gave us a fantastic reference which im sure secured us a rental property as they were and still are very hard to come by. Hopefully our next home will be our forever home but if not will definitely use Ian again if he hasnt retired by then.
