Ian....was such a professional and ended up a dear friend. He lead us in the right direction...was lucky enough to sell instantly without all the photo shoots etc.....which was so good due to our reason for our selling. Would recommend Ian Naylor to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thanks Ian
