After many years of talking about selling the family home, we finally took the "big step" We spoke to a few agents, and were pleasantly surprised at Ian's "down to earth" and "attention to detail" approach to selling houses His advise was invaluable, and the weekly progress reports were an excellent way of charting our progress.
