Ian was the agent on a property that was purchased over 12 months ago and was only just settled. Essentially, there were due diligences that Ian over looked, which meant his client was not settled for over twelve months and cost both side unnecessary solicitors fees. If it could go wrong, it did with Ian. The property was undergoing a boundary realignment that he failed to let us know at the time of inspections. Nightmare.

I understand that the realestate agent has in mind the best interest of the seller, but Ian has been honest, displaying facts, his experience and projection with no pressure. He invested time talking, providing feedback and advice even after a prior unsuccessful offer. The whole process of searching for and purchasing a house is stressful and time consuming.
