Transparent, great communicator and lovely guy

Ian and Josh were such a pleasure to deal with as purchaser of our new property (Ian was acting for the vendor). We felt like the process was really transparent and fair. Communication was great and we were always kept in the loop. Pepper Real estate is now managing the letting of the house and doing such a wonderful job, the house was letting quickly, everything was arranged for us (keys, cleaning, inspections etc) and we feel like we are in great hands. Highly recommend!! Thx guys!!
