Excellent Agent in all aspects
We originally purchased the property from Ian & Janelle some 6 years ago as they suggested it was a good property as an investment. We did get an excellent, above market rate, rental return as suggested by Ian & Janelle. When we decided to sell it Ian & Janelle were called to discuss the sale and again we were very impressed with the information provided, the marketing campaign suggested and the price we should expect. The property sold for us at a tidy profit, at the expected price, in a difficult market where many properties are selling at a loss for their owners.
