Face to face communication was very brief as I was travelling back to NSW however communication by phone and e-mail which resulted in my purchase was excellent.

We called in to the office unannounced one Sunday afternoon to enquire and Ian was on duty. He was helpful and courteous and outlined the process ahead should we proceed with the sale of our property. He visited the property and gave suggestions on the extent of any work required in preparation for the sale. He kept us informed on the progress in negotiations with purchasers. We were expecting a length of time for a sale but we were fortunate in that it was sold within 10 days. All has gone smoothly to this point.

Ian displayed honesty, integrity and knowledge during our interaction. I cannot find fault with his professional conduct, on the contrary, he made the process of buying a property feel easy and stress-free. Should the opportunity arise again to look at selling or buying in the area, I would not hesitate to give Ian my business.

Health problem obliged us to take the hard decision to sale our little paradise . Ian did know the place very well as it was the one who sold it to us eighteen month ago. Ian was able to see and appreciate all the improvement we have been able to make during our ownership. We really appreciate Ian implication and advice during the sale process.
