Being very charismatic, proactive and driven individual Ian did a fantastic job of selling our land. While on the market Ian struck the right amount of communication and timeframes relating to the property sale. Ian, was responsive, attentive and very helpful as we went through the stressful process of buying a new holiday home in Castaways Beach ‘sight unseen’ due to CV-19 border closures. Ian represented both the seller and us in a highly professional manner. It was a pleasure dealing with Ian throughout the entire buying process. His friendly and courteous manner extended beyond what you might normally expect from a realestate agent. I was particularly impressed with his after sale service, he kept in contact with us the week after settlement to ensure we were settling in ok and offered to assist with anything we might be unsure of relating to the property.
