Ian helped the reviewer sell this property

Ian is a truly remarkable sales agent

Ian Suter undertook this sale when the property was occupied with non cooperative tenants, where a rental agency gardeners had destroyed the appearance of the front yard, and there was remedial work to do on front yard drainage. He was indefatigable in helping us overcome the hurdles and sold the home for the hoped for price within 2 months of the listing.  Ian is a truly remarkable sales agent to have accomplished this in a deflating sales environment. My mother and I are most grateful.
