As a single woman I was very relieved that Ian always had an answer to the many minor problems that cropped up regarding the Building and Pest inspection and updating the Pool Safety Certificate. He personally knew all the necessary tradespeople that I needed, and was always available to oversee their work. I was anxious about contacting a neighbour about repairs to a fence and Ian immediately offered to speak to them, then completely handled the negotiations and repair which was such a relief for me. He was always punctual, and if he didn’t answer immediately when I frequently rang, he always got back to me very quickly. Linda Suter was extremely warm and friendly, gave me wonderful styling advice and loaned me many beautiful and tasteful items to help decorate my home. The purchaser lived interstate and Ian and Linda smoothed over the many hiccups that came up with fairness and professionalism. Again, as a single woman I was able to trust their experience, advice and professionalism completely.
