I listed my acreage property with Ian and his team earlier this year. It was during Covid and I was really concerned about how long it would take to sell. Ian did an evaluation on my property and we agreed on a price to sell it at. I signed the paperwork to list it for sale, the property went live on realestate.com on the Tuesday afternoon. Ian called me on the Wednesday and told me he had an interested buyer (I assumed it was a sticky-beak neighbour lol). I received a call from Ian that night saying they were very interested and would make an offer in the next 24-48 hours. To my amazement, Ian had an offer for me the next day. 2 days after the property was listed we had a cash buyer that offered a reasonable price and we settled about 30 days later.
