Agent needed some help to get it done!

Ian was very proactive at first but the weekly reports died off soon after engagement and I needed to ring him weekly to get update. Turns out I ended up showing prospective buys around the property and helping Ian with much of the work to get the deal done. It must be noted I got a reasonable price per Ian's estimate so happy ending.
