Ian was by far the best realestate agent we have come by yet, we have had dealings with several estate agents and since switching to B&L and meeting Ian it was our best move yet. He sold our place very quickly and was very professional well knowledged and an all round great person. Will continue to use Ian for any future properties we buy/sell.
