Sale of 58 William Street Box Hill From the moment when I first met Michelle and Ian I felt that I was the most important client they had interviewed over the entire week. Their attitude was immediately friendly and they both appeared genuinely interested in the situation regarding my sister and the reason for the impending sale of her home. When I later received the campaign brochure I was amazed at the amount of detail, not only about my sister’s home but the general Box Hill area including important living amenities such as schools, thus making me even more certain that I had chosen the right people and organisation likely to ensure a satisfactory sale. During all this time I was kept fully informed of any interest shown by prospective buyers, the general sales valuations and potential in the area particularly in relation to the location of my sister’s property. As we all now know this attention to detail (and a great deal of work) resulted in a satisfactory sale prior to the scheduled auction. On a more personal note both Michelle and Ian accepted the fact that for me real estate was a foreign country, were patient with my often naive questions and I never felt that they were pressed for time or anxious to attend to other matters. Both Ian & Michelle worked very hard to bring prospective buyers to inspect the property. During this time they kept in close contact to keep us updated after every inspection day. They also arranged tradesmen for some painting etc. on our behalf. As we live out of Melbourne this was a great help. On auction day they did a great job working with any would be buyers.
