Having never sold a home, I was overwhelmed about how to go about it. I used a vendor's advocate to help choose our agent and I'm so pleased we chose Ian. He was very professional. Always cool when I was anxious, he explained the process at each stage. He never jumped ahead with unnecessary details, which would have confused me, but took me through each step as it came up. He answered all my queries, very patient when I didn't understand particulars, especially regarding my lack of IT skills. Ian has a delightful sense of humor and we had quite a few laughs despite what should have been quite a stressful time.
