Ian went out of his way to help me, even with disposal of items from my Mother's Estate. Ian stayed in very close contact throughout the sale period and answered my many questions with patience and even volunteered to help me negotiate my new property if I needed him to do so. A very pleasant man to deal with during a very stressful time.
