Real estate agents tend to get a bad rep, and we've dealt with our share of bad agents. But Ian is definitely one of the good ones. Ian was friendly and pleasant to deal with, from our first meeting through till the end of settlement. He was able to negotiate a price that both we and the seller were happy with. He was great with the communication and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. He took our questions seriously and never downplayed any concerns we had.
