I thought it was hard buying a house. It wasn't. Ian helped us through each step and was always approachable. He responded super quickly and made the hole thing a breeze. There was nothing he couldn't help with. He made us as first home buyers very comfortable. I met many agents before during the house search and so many are just not what you want them to be but Ian was great.
