Above all we were most impressed with the open house that was held. After visiting so many properties, I was wondering why no attention had been paid to making the houses feel inviting and the inspections less awkward! Coming through another person's home in absolute silence trying to whisper your likes/dislikes to your family is extremely uncomfortable. For the first time ever, there was music playing, lights were on, and it was generally a comfortable atmosphere for us to chat and get the feel for the house.

We found Ian exceeding easy to deal with, very responsive and has extensive knowledge of the local market. He went out of his way to make the whole process comfortable, kept the expectations real, made excellent marketing suggestions and seemed to be on our wave lenght throughout the campaign and subsequent negotiations. We would definitely use his service again.
