I found I an to be very approachable, and easy to get on with. He kept me well informed of every step in the process. He was highly recommended by a family member, and I was not disappointed. I would give him any future property sales I may have

I would highly recommend Ian for his market knowledge, professionalism, level of service and integrity. Ian went above and beyond for us - thanks Ian!

Ian was really easy to deal with, he kept me informed along the way and kept things clear and simple to understand. Great service.

As a first home buyer, I was extremely happy that Ian was the agent for the sale of the house I bought. Ian was very professional and was quick with communication between myself, the prior owner and the tenants.

Ian is very friendly and easy approachable. He has looked after my selling property well. I am happy with Ian's hard work. I have no hesitation to recommend him to my friends.

Couldn't rate Ian high enough. The whole process was clear, easy and fuss free. As a first home buyer I was apprehensive about the process, Ian ensured any and all (of my many) questions were answered.

Ian was a great help and made buying our new home as good an experience as it could be. Thanks!

Ian was very personable and met all needs and wants.

Mr Wilson seemed very nice until I had the final inspection of the property I was purchasing. Serious damage was discovered on a wall which had previously been hidden by furniture. Mr Wilson first suggested that I pay for the extensive repairs. He then refused to do his job and negotiate with the sellers regarding the repairs. Instead he demanded that it be dealt with by the two settlement agents. On Settlement day I received a text message from Mr Wilson saying that he had left two sets of keys in the (open and very exposed) meter box. When I arrived at my new home I discovered that the security door was unlocked and the alarm was not on. I was appalled. I strongly believe that this agent is in the wrong profession.

Mr Wilson seemed very nice until the final inspection of the property I was purchasing. Significant damage was revealed in a wall which had previously been covered by a large piece of furniture. Mr Wilson flatly refused to do his job and negotiate with the sellers regarding repairs. Instead he demanded the the two Settlement Agents do this. It made a stressful process absolutely miserable. On Settlement day I received a text message from Mr Wilson saying that two sets of keys had been left in the (exposed and very accessible) meter box. When I arrived at my new home I discovered the security door unlocked and the alarm not on. I was appalled. I am still waiting for a third set of keys that Mr Wilson should have provided me with. With standards as low as this, I genuinely believe that Mr Wilson is in the wrong job.

Ian sold our house to us 16 years ago and recently sold it for us as we were moving to the NT. On both occasions the transaction was hassle free and there was no pressure to either buy or sell. Of course he charges too much but that is just normal for a Dockers supporter

From start to finish Ian was fantastic and I can’t thank him enough. His knowledge and expertise with regards to everything “real estate” was second to none and nothing was too much trouble for him. If you need to sell your house/apartment/unit/commercial property do not bypass IAN WILSON as he will give you 150% with regards to every aspect of selling your property. Thank you so much once again 😊😊😊😊
