It was mine and my husband's first time buying a property, in the beginning we were just about to apply for a home loan but 2 days before our appointment with the broker we found our perfect home, and if it wasn't for Ibrahim, I don't think we would have gotten through it as well as we did. He guided us through the whole process step by step and not only full filled his duties completely as an agent but he also took on a role of being more informative than our lawyer and broker and kept us informed and upto date with any new developments that occurred in the process. He would also talk us through each step that we would be taking next before we took it so there were no hidden surprises for us that might make us nervous. Because he was going above and beyond for us it felt as though he stepped out of his role as an agent and into a role that allowed him to guide us through this whole process as a friend which made this whole experience even more comfortable and pleasant. Even if there was a piece of information that we wanted to know that was not to the knowledge of an agent and out of an agent's depth, he took his time and outsourced the answer for us as i found he went out of his way to make this experience as less nerve wrecking and frightening as possible for us. We just bought our first home and thanks to Ibrahim's effort, patience and great care he provided the best possible service to us and if we were ever to buy again i will be going through him and following him to each real-estate agency he works for as he made this experience ever so personable for us that even the times that were slightly stressful, after making one phone call to him it's as if the stressful mind frame eased because of his help, constant reassurance, great communication and effort. He is an asset to any agency, God sent to any buyer, and an gun to every seller. Ibrahim and the sales team from Ray White were very professional well mannered well presented not to mention the smile on their faces . They literally sold the house the next day the photos went on the Internet on Friday we had an open house on Saturday it was sold that morning you can't get a better result than that thanks again ibrahim and Ray White job well done.
