Worst real estate experience ever

I recently purchased our new home through this company as they were the selling agent for the property we purchased. It was the worst experience I've ever had. What should have been an exciting time for us moving into our new home turned out to be an absolutely horrible experience. My biggest mistake was not asking them to put everything that they told me verbally, in writing. Biggest mistake ever. No matter what you get told verbally make sure you get everything in writing…everything! I wish I had never met these guys and if I had to sum up my experience with this company in one word it would be ‘horrible’.
