It was so wonderful to deal with Idan when purchasing the property. Refreshingly, he is kind, considerate and caring and has bent over backwards to assist me ( and of course the vendor) to navigate through two flood events and other road bumps. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He responded promptly to calls, emails and messages ( there were many) and found solutions to problems that arose along the way. I love that Idan views the buying and selling of property as more than just a financial transaction- that homes are full of memories and emotions and that the involved people need to be handled with care and sensitivity. I am so grateful for this. I have no hesitation in recommending Idan. He is an absolute treasure!
