I recently had the pleasure of working with Adam Rayner to purchase a property in Bundaberg, and I have nothing but positive things to say about the experience. From the very beginning, Adam was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He took the time to understand my needs and was always available to answer any questions I had. What I appreciated most about working with Adam was his transparency and honesty throughout the entire process. Thanks to Adam's expertise and guidance, I was able to find the perfect property quickly and easily, and the entire purchase process was seamless. I would highly recommend Adam to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in Bundaberg. He is a true professional and a pleasure to work with.

From the moment Adam turned up to do an appraisal, it was a seamless process, he walked me through every step. Adam is very professional in everything he offers and presents himself very well. He has a broad knowledge of the bundaberg real estate market. Adam takes control and will sort everything it takes to sell your home. Nothing was too much trouble which is a comfort for myself as I work away. I could continue my daily routine knowing Adam would handle the sale all they way through to settlement. I would absolutely recommend Adam Rayner to anyone if they are looking to sell their property.

Good to deal with, easy quick sale

Adam was excellent throughout the whole process. Genuine, caring and professional. We were very keen to inspect this property and Adam went out of his way to fit in with our availability. Adam would return calls quickly if he was unable to answer and would check in on us unprompted. I noticed that Adam had a great working relationship with our solicitors and the building and pest inspection company we used (without Adam's input). He was supportive and knowledgeable and made our house purchase an effortless and pleasant experience. I can't recommend Adam highly enough and would want Adam to represent us, should we ever wish to sell our home.

Adam Rainer is a very knowledgeable person and helpful in giuding us through the whole sales process. I would recommend hime to anyone wanting to sell as he is there to get the best offers.

What a genuine professional agent Adam has been to deal with. Adam has gone above and beyond my expectations as a first time seller. Adam has been open, honest, reliable, trustworthy and friendly. I would happily recommend Adam to any sellers/buyers. Thank you Adam🙏🏻

We looked at a number of houses for sale in Bundaberg and were getting somewhat disheartened with what was on offer and, in some cases, the agents representing them. We met Adam by chance as he was showing the house to another prospective buyer. He welcomed us in to take a look. That house was not quite what we we're after, so Adam asked us what we were looking for and what our budget was. He suggested we take a look at one that he had just listed only that morning, and was not yet advertised online (being 2 days before Christmas). The house was just what we were after and we signed an offer that day and went to contract within the week. From there it was a breeze. Adam kept us in the loop with developments all the way to settlement. We'd been in our last house for thirty years and the prospect of buying another was daunting (plus we were moving from interstate). Adam smoothed the road for us, especially with getting the right conveyencers for us here in Bundaberg. Looking back now, thanks to Adam, the whole process was rather effortless for us.

Would like to thank Adam from real way,I had great pleasure dealing with Adam in buying my unit he always answered my questions asap and was so helpful and went out of his way to make settlement smoothly thank you once again would highly recommend Adam.

Adam was instrumental in selling our property, achieving a top result! There were some minor obstacles to overcome however Adam handled them professionally and in a prompt manner. With his industry knowledge and contacts you're well aware that you're in good hands when listing your property with Adam. If you're looking to sell or even buy, make sure Adam is your first point of contact!

Buying a house without actually seeing it, only what we have seen advertised has been a little nerve wracking. Adam has put our mind at ease by always reassuring us. He was kind enough to complete the final inspection and showed us a video of our dream home. Adam has always been there to answer all our queries, even taking time away from his family over Christmas to help us buy this house, which we are very grateful. Looking forward to meeting with you soon Adam. Thanks Michelle & Mark

As first time sellers, we were pleased to entrust the sale of our home to Adam. We felt comfortable with the sale process and the sales strategy recommended by Adam based on his knowledge of the local market. We found Adam to be respectful, relatable, reliable and very accommodating to our needs. He made himself available to answer all our questions and address any concerns we had, and he kept us informed of what interest was shown in our home and the process and progress of the sale. His local knowledge of Bundaberg and the real estate market helped us feel confident that we had chosen the best person to find new owners for our home. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Adam if you are looking for someone who is respectful of your needs and of your property, and who is professional in their role as the facilitator for the sale of your property.

Adam was great from start to finish he had our interests in mind and is a genuine agent you can trust. We have now used Adam a couple of times and couldn’t be happier with his service.
