Our experience with buying two houses from Adam (and Brett) was very good. Adam was easy to relate to, and he communicated well. He followed up everything, and ensured the purchase was progressing. Anything that needed doing, he made it easy and got it done. He followed up with every party involved - seller, buyer, solicitor's, Building and Pest. His best attribute would be communicating and checking up on every aspect.
