During the cooling-off period, one of the Manor agent made a commitment and gave assurances verbally regarding the property. However, after we committed, those promises were not honoured, and communication became extremely difficult, with the agent eventually becoming unresponsive. This situation placed us under tremendous emotional and financial pressure. It is extremely disappointing that commitments made during such an important stage of a property purchase at 50 Model Farms Road Winston Hills 2153 were not respected. This statement reflects our personal experience and honestly held opinions.

Igor and the Manor team were great to work with. Igor guided us through a challenging market with calm confidence, kept us updated at every step and genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for us. He is professional and pro-active. He worked hard for us. I highly recommend Igor and his team.

Igor and his team including Kristian from Manor were super easy to work with. They were professional and kept us informed through different stages of the buying process. They had a thorough answer to any question thrown their way. Even went out of their way to support us with a specific request we had outside of their remit. We were very happy with our purpose as we had all the information we needed to make the decision.

Igor and his team are the best Winston Hills have to offer. They are down to earth and honest when I comes to expectations. Both buying and selling I’ve had great experiences with them.

Our home proved to be a challenging sale. Igor never gave up and gave us the confidence to keep going until we got the result we wanted. He always made himself available and was fantastic when it came to the contract negotiations with the buyer. I would highly recommend Igor and the team at Manor

I had the pleasure of working with Igor and I can confidently say that his dedication to getting the best possible outcome was amazing. From day one, he showed a relentless determination to secure the best price for my property, negotiating with skill, confidence and a clear understanding of the market. I highly recommend Igor to anyone looking for a results-driven, supportive and highly knowledgeable real estate professional.

Selling a home is not an easy task, however Igor helped me focus on aspects that would generate interest from buyers, which was a huge help. His experience and the support system within the agency helped to achieve the result we were after. Highly recommended!

I found Igor professional and understood / explained what the market conditions were like at the time of listing the property. Was very happy with the final sale price.

Igor was extremely professional & once speaking with him trusted his knowledge of real estate. We felt that he had our best interest at heart, both Dimitri & he worked tirelessly to get the best outcome possible for our property. Thanks for knowing at these stressful times it’s good to be able to have a laugh to lighten the mood. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend
