After doing our research into top real estate agents in the area we decided to team up with Suraj and Paris. They were responsive, able to direct us and make things so easy for our first sale. We really enjoyed the sale process and we're thankful to have such a knowledgeable team on our side to get the most out of our property, a big thank you to Suraj and Paris for their work - would definitely recommend them anyone selling their property!
Suraj and his team have been amazing, got the offer in the expected range in the first open itself. Suraj is very prompt with communication and provided statistics every week on how many people are viewing the property and number of groups attending open inspections and provided the right strategy. I would highly recommend Suraj for any real estate needs. Thanks team.
