Dan was very knowledgeable of the market, and obtained a price above our expectation after only a few days on the market. Would highly recommend him and will have no hesitation in using him for future sales.

Dan was a great communicator in what the possibilities were in the type of sale and the potential expectations. He really assisted in providing the advice and assistance in getting the house to its best presentation for sale, a house with a long history. He provided good up to date information on potentials enquirers and presented comparisons to be aware of what the reality of purchase was. My family and I really valued his commitment to this sale and appreciate all his exceptional work.

Dan was a pleasure to work with and always made us feel like we were his only customer. We will definitely sell with the NGU team again. Thanks for the hard work boys.

He got a great result upfront and a price beyond that I was expecting. The whole process was so easy and smooth and I was kept updated at each step. As an investor selling, I couldn’t have asked for a better agent to make the process run like clockwork.
