I cannot imagine there is a harder working agent out there than Ilana Melnikov. Someone wants to see the property at 9pm - no problem. Inspection times of one hour, not the usual 30 minutes where the agent is rushing off to open up another property and doesn't have time to linger with buyers and build rapport. She walked into cafes in the area to leave flyers and tell anyone who would listen that there was a fabulous property around the corner for sale if they happened to be looking.
