Ilia did an amazing job selling our home in less than 14 days on the market, short settlement period and got us a record price. We investigated other agents in our area with similar homes, but they were selling at substantially lower prices and taking 30 days plus on the market to do so - most of them only wanting to sell via auction which did not suit our situation at all! Other agents told us that their auction process would take an average 14-30 day marketing plus anywhere between 30-90 days settlement, that's nearly half a year from start to finish, not what we wanted at all. Ilia has a team of amazing people that also helped put it all together without dramas and days off work including pre/post-sale cleaning, gardening, storage and transport, and tradies. He even helped us with the buy of our new home from another agency that was playing silly buggers with us. Could not have asked for a better agent!
