Ilia was an amazing real estate agent. I've dealt with many over the years and none have come even close to his performance. He was very honest in the results that he believed he could achieve, which is very important for me. Ilia not only achieved those results, he absolutely smashed them. He was able to obtain a far greater price than the reserve, even more than his estimated price. This is something other real estate agents were not able to achieve only one year earlier with the same property, with a reserve that was far lower. The turn out on the day was also very impressive, people were struggling to find parking spaces which shows how hard Ilia works to attract people to the auction and obtain an outstanding result.
